Thank you for choosing Topflight grain handling equipment, and related parts and accessories (“Products”). In order to provide you with the best customer experience possible, set forth below is useful information regarding Topflight Products, delivery, and customer care after the sale.

Topflight products are sold pursuant to Topflight’s then current Terms and Conditions of Sale which can be found at www.topflight.ag/terms and are incorporated by reference.

  • Questions? – If you have questions regarding Product specifications, recommended operating procedures, or the status of your order, troubleshooting, please contact Topflight’s Customer Service at 937-453-1236.

  • Product Knowledge. Prior to starting or operating Topflight equipment, an operator should read and comply with the applicable manuals, safety warning stickers, and placards applicable to the Topflight equipment. Operating manuals for all Topflight equipment can be found on Topflight’s website at topflight.ag/manuals.

  • Product prices are set by Topflight. Prices are subject to change. Delivery. Topflight is pleased to coordinate delivery of any Products or coordinate customer pickup at Topflight’s manufacturing facility near Wilmington, Ohio. Products will be shipped to the Customer’s shipping address listed on the order. All orders are FOB, Topflight LLC (Wilmington, OH), unless otherwise expressly noted. Shipping method will be noted on the order acknowledgment.

    • Orders Picked up: Customer may pick up Product from Topflight. Customers must call to schedule a pickup. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    • Orders Shipped: Freight costs will be pre-paid by Topflight, and charged to the Customer, unless except if expressly agreed to by Topflight. Customers may purchase shipping insurance which will be prepaid by Topflight and added to customer invoice. Topflight will make a reasonable effort to locate the best shipping rate and delivery. Customers may also ship collect with prior arrangement.

  • Within 15 days of receipt of any Product, Customers should inspect all Products and report any damage or shortage to Topflight. After 15 days, Topflight will consider the order as accepted.

    • Prospective customers are invited to request credit for Product purchases by completing Topflight’s credit application, which Topflight will review and may grant credit, in Topflight’s discretion. Payment terms –

      • Customers Granted Credit – Payment terms are Net thirty (30) days after Product ship date.

      • Customers without Credit Terms – Payment must be made prior to shipment and within thirty (30) days after notice Product is ready to ship.

Topflight reserves the right to assess interest at 1.5% per month on past due balances, and Customer shall be responsible for reimbursing Topflight for any costs of collection (including reasonable attorney fees and related costs) incurred by Topflight in collecting outstanding amounts due by Customer to Topflight.

  • Product Returns. Customer may not return any Product to Topflight, for credit, without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number from Topflight which Topflight will only issue in limited circumstances involving Customer receiving Product not ordered or Customer incorrectly ordered and notifies Topflight within 15 days of the error and returns the Product, in new, unused condition and in its original packaging, provided such return shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Custom Product -The sale of Custom Products may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

  • Topflight welcomes dealer inquiries. If a customer is referred by dealer for significant technical or sales assistance, Topflight reserves the right to provide a modified commission on such sales.

  • Product Warranties. 

  • Products Manufactured by Topflight are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ONE YEAR from shipping date pursuant to the warranty terms and conditions set forth in Topflight’s Terms and Conditions of Sale referenced herein. This warranty is exclusive, and other warranties are expressly disclaimed.

  • Third Party Manufactured or Supplied Products have the warranty, if any, offered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier. Subject to the applicable manufacturer’s or supplier’s policies, Topflight will transfer any such warranty where applicable.

Topflight Products are sold pursuant to Topflight’s then current Terms and Conditions of Sale which can be found at www.topflight.ag/terms. Such Terms and Condition of Sale are incorporated by reference and serve as an integral part of each sale of all Products.
